it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Birds are a very easy pet to keep in the classroom and it would be a fun project for the kids to manage and practice being responsible for pets. Pets can be therapeutic for students with special needs and this cage would be perfect size for us to order two parakeets for the class. The kids would get to watch the life cycle of the birds and hopefully even get to enjoy the process of them laying eggs and making a nest. This would be a joy for the class and the kids would enjoy it for years to come!
