Our students are a phenomenal group of young people. Our scholars are an intriguing, intelligent, wise, witty, and pleasant group of young people with a passion for pursuing their purpose. This year our scholars are taking on the charge of becoming the change they want to see in the world. Although all of our scholars receive free or reduced lunch, they are seizing opportunities each day to ensure contemporary misfortunes will not foretell their futures. Since our scholars are tomorrow's leaders, they should proceed along the path of responsibility today.
“You are the author of your own destiny; write yourself into history books.” These are the words of Matshona Dhliwayo.
Kapil tetarwal shared that "The choices we make today create the future that we are dreaming of". The aforementioned statements offer inspiration to seize the day. These words have been leveraged by many young people seeking to make their mark in the world in pursuit of their passions. Our young people can find inspiration from young authors as they write their own stories. With a class set of books detailing the journey of young entrepreneurs our scholars will learn financial literacy lessons, as well as the emotional ups and downs while engaging in a book study. Our scholars will draft business plans after learning the formalized facets of building a business such as market analysis, & marketing.
We hope you will join us on a journey to position our pupils to take part in the world of entrepreneurship. Your partnership in this project will position us to leverage concept based teaching and bring all of the disparate slices from each subject area class together. Entrepreneurship requires all of the skills learned in school. We thank you in advance for making your mark on our scholars.
