My Project
My goal of this project is to boost organization skills so that my class items are not destroyed or lost allowing students to easily access their work and other curricular items.
My students are great thinkers and they surprise me every year.
Our students here always rise to high expectations but they have definitely struggled with organization skills. I can’t begin to describe to you how many times students grab their worksheet out from the bottom of backpack all crumbled up. I’m hoping to teach our students organizations skills by checking their binders weekly and providing feedback about their organizational skills throughout the year. Obviously the cost is high for binders and notebooks and school and district funding will not cover it.
