Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This coming year will be my second year of teaching. One of the things I want to focus on in the next year is empowering students to self teach. As a foundation for that i want to first teach my to self organize.
I want to give my students these binders so that they can keep track of notes, assignments and labs, without having to worry about getting their assignments confused with another classes.
This will allow them to quickly review material we've already covered and will hopefully help show the value of organization.
I teach sophomores and my goal is to scaffold this type of organizations so that in the future they can do it themselves.
