This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our 8th grade social studies classroom, organization is key to success. My students come from a variety of backgrounds, and many are navigating challenges outside of school. Something as simple as a binder can make a big difference—giving students a consistent place to keep their notes, assignments, and reflections throughout the year.
I’m requesting 150 one-inch, 3-ring binders—enough for every student in our grade level.
With their own binder, each student will be able to stay on top of their work, build responsibility, and develop study habits that will help them succeed now and in the future.
This small investment will have a big impact on how our students approach learning. Thank you for helping make our classroom more organized and empowering every student to start the year strong!
