This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials I am looking to provide for my students will transform the way that students engage with their music. Binders will create a clear and organized system for storing their sheet music, warmups, and theory materials. Binders will lead to smoother rehearsals and less lost music resulting in more time to focus on making music.

My goal is to provide every band student with a high quality binder that they can use throughout their band career.

I am not just aiming to equip students with an organizational tool, but to instill in them a sense of pride and responsibility for their music materials. This culture of organization and responsibility will help the band program create wonderful musicians and self sufficient students.
