Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are bright, motivated, and full of potential—but too often, they’re held back by a lack of basic materials. I teach in a Title I school where the majority of students are from historically marginalized communities. My goal is to level the playing field and give every child the tools they need to succeed in math class—and beyond.

I’m requesting math binder supplies that will allow each student to stay organized, take pride in their work, and build confidence in their learning.

This includes durable binders, dividers, sheet protectors, pencils, and dry-erase markers for interactive problem-solving. With these resources, students will be able to create personal math journals where they can track their progress, store reference sheets, and reflect on problem-solving strategies.
