My Project
My elementary school is a dual language/bilingual school where students are learning to be biliterate! Biliteracy is the key to freedom for all students in the future! My students all have IEP's making it even more important that I am able to support their bilingual development during push in or pull out groups.
This will be my first year at a bilingual school (4th year in SPED) and I am needing some quality bilingual books to read to my students and to teach literacy skills with!
It is important that bilingual students can see themselves and their identities represented in literacy materials to affirm their identities and see how they bring many assets to the classroom! Please help me to start a bilingual classroom library to help my students reach their potential!
