Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our class consists of 21 minority students who will be engaging in a comprehensive dual language learning experience in English and Spanish. This approach not only promotes bilingualism but also embraces and celebrates the cultural diversity that each student brings to our classroom and allowing them to develop strong language skills, cultural awareness, and cognitive flexibility through out the year.

BilinguaVerse" encapsulates the essence of our project, which is to create a dynamic and interconnected platform that empowers both bilingual readers and writers.

My goal is to foster a community where languages seamlessly coexist, opening doors to enriched cultural experiences and literary exploration. With the use of Scholastic Magazine, readers will have the opportunity to enjoy their favorite literature in different languages by fostering language skills and appreciation for diverse cultures. This resource will encourage early collaborative writing projects, allowing writers of different linguistic backgrounds to work together and create innovative pieces.

The goal of this project is to offer young language learners all help they need to improve their bilingual skills naturally and intuitively.
