This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This course will help me meet the requirements for my Bilingual Certificate in the individual pathway certification program. This certification will further develop my teaching toolbox.
I'm a science teacher who plans around STEM and hands-on activities but sadly without this certification I cannot teach the English Language Learners at my school and that’s our biggest population,
I want to be able to have a Human Impact in the Environment & Recycling Program focused on Climate Change, but to be able to include the bilingual students with disabilities in this program I need to have the certification.
