Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This Lakeshore taxi-trike would make recess a lot more and exciting for my kindergarten students! I teach in Title I school where most students are at risk.
I try to make school fun and interesting for my students.
I want them to feel successful at school as learners. The building of self-esteem will help them achieve any dream they have for the rest of their life. I feel very strongly that kindergarten is the foundation. Not only would be playing outside more, but they would also be developing gross motor skills. The taxi-trike would also help them learn to use language and social skills to take turns.
