My Project

Middle schoolers are magic. They have so many questions and are hungry to learn. These maps will allow students to find answers to questions around the globe and encourage questions they didn't even know to ask.

Screens are nice but there is nothing like referencing information on paper.

Whether through a map I can pull down or an atlas in the classroom library, students will see how physical geography impacts political geography. They'll be able to pin point information like where the "shot heard around the world" is in connection to them or where their ancestors came from and a visual on how close or far that homeland is. Referring back to the same maps together allow that information to all be connected and connect us to our country and world.
