This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Awards can have a positive effect on student learning. This project aims to offer classroom rewards to my students. By incorporating positive behavior reinforcement and efficient classroom management, research suggests a decrease in disruptions, allowing for increased academic focus.

These incentives aim to reward students who exhibit positive behaviors consistently throughout the week.

The incentives, such as pencils, fidgets, and more, will be given to students on a weekly basis. These rewards are essential as they act as motivators for positive behavior among the students. The students eagerly anticipate these incentives and are driven to excel in order to earn them.
