Aloha! I am requesting a donation for my 100 students in the Ulupono program at our high school. The students in our program are average to below average achievers in the normal classroom setting. However, in our hands-on program, they thrive when they are allowed to work outside, giving them the opportunity to show their strengths.
We are requesting a donation of a Lenovo 10" tablet.
With this generous donation, we can document the life cycle of our 200 tree coffee orchard. For instance, we can create and maintain our age and production map which is used to project next year's harvest. We can also photo document the life cycle of a coffee tree, from the pruning an original 6 year old tree, the development of a tree that was pruned 2 years ago, to a new seedling that was planted 2 weeks ago. Please allow my students to thrive by taking our education beyond the walls of a traditional classroom. Mahalo from the Ulupono Program!
