So many of my students are still living life out of a box. Hurricane Harvey changed their lives forever. They are still waiting to move back into their homes. They come to school for some sort of normalcy. Our faculty and staff are working tirelessly to provide that for them.
I want to provide some normalcy in my classroom as well as opportunities to explore new career areas.
My students deserve every opportunity to broaden their perspectives. I want them to dream big.
My classroom needs a better place for displaying items such as the iMac Computer, LockNCharge station, class printer, and other supplies. Currently these devices are scattered around the room or still in crates on the floor. Placing them in one area will allow for students to spend more time utilizing the devices and quicker submissions of assignments.
We need a place to display these items for all students to access them easily.
This L-shaped desk will fit in the corner of the classroom allowing me to display all these devices in one general area. It will also provide storage for printer paper, staplers, hole punch and other items students need access to in order to be successful in my classroom.
