Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my class are very hyperactive. They tend to move a lot and need a lot of space. They like to move around and I do a lot of activities that need them to be able to move around.

My students are very intelligent, respectful and outgoing.

They need a lot of attention and physical movement. They get bored if they don’t move constantly.

Many of my students come from low social-economic status and very little support.

My Project

My classroom is rather small. When students have questions I struggle to get to them because I have to be going around students or in someone's way. I usually have class sizes of 36+ students and I can fit 36 desks and chairs in it but students are very cramped together.

These chairs will help me provide better sitting for my students so they can be more comfortable and they won't be in each other's personal space.

I think this can help them stay more focused and improve their learning outcomes.
