This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We are at a Title 1 school. My students are 3 and 4 years old with special needs. Sometimes they struggle with being able to sit in regular seats, because they have so much energy. The chairs that we have aren't always safe for their busy bodies. These cube chairs will help them be able to focus and attend to lessons better because they won't have to worry about their bodies.

They need extra support to keep themselves still and sitting safely.

The cube chairs help them be able to sit safely without distracting their peers.
