My Project

My students are amazing but they deal with a lot of stress in their home lives. They come to my class with a lot of stress and anxiety, so I would like to create a more homey atmosphere with lamps and fairy lights instead of they fluorescent lights. The standing lamps and fairy lights can help combat headaches caused by the fluorescent lights. The softer lighting is also more calming leading to more productive class time.

My students also love to sit on the floor, so I would like to provide them with a more comfortable option with the cushions.

The cushions are portable so they can be used all over the room and in a variety of ways. This will help small groups work more efficiently and allow students who need a break, take one.
