Help me give my students the items needed to compete in schoolwide as well as statewide academic and STEAM activities throughout the school year.

My Project

The items I am requesting will make a difference by allowing Beta Club members to compete against peers schoolwide in ST(R)EAM activities, culminating with their participation in a statewide convention and competition. This club celebrates my school's best students, both academically and behaviorally. Not only does it require students to excel academically, but it also requires that students in grades 4 - 8, complete service learning hours in and outside of school, especially in the community.

The Beta competition not only allows members to showcase their talents in the area of academics, it also provides club members the opportunity to compete in a plethora of competitions including design and marketing of clothing items, participation in dance solos/groups performances, design jewelry, design using 2D and 3D technology, robotics, paint, draw and more.

The goal of this competition is to showcase Beta club members academic strengths, skills, interest and talent in ST(R)EAM activities as well as promote healthy competition at various levels.
