My Project
To start the new year, I want to give my students books from the 2023 "Best Of" lists. These books are relevant, diverse, and reflect so many of the genres and topics my students love.
Providing students with books published within the past year shows them that they deserve new, nice things.
Often, when they see books that were write 5, 10, 15+ years ago, they think that that is all libraries and books have to offer. Being able to show students that we have a huge selection of books that were literally published a few months ago will change many perspectives about reading.
