Help me give my students a behind the scene tour of the New Amsterdam Theater, an experience they will never forget!

The students I teach are in a comprehensive classroom. All of our students have a disability that ranges from Autism to Genetic Disorders and more in between. On top of that, they come from a county with a high poverty rate, which makes the challenges they face even harder.
Every day is an adventure with these amazing children.
They have hearts that are full of joy and love. One of the many goals for us as teachers is to have our students ready for the world when they leave us at 21. Our students work extremely hard in the classroom and I want to give them every tool I can to help them succeed.
This trip to New York City has my students so excited! My students have been talking about this trip for years and we finally are going to be able to make it happen for them.
This is a once in a life time trip to New York City for my students and we want to make it the most special trip ever.
While we are there we would like to take them on a backstage tour of the New Amsterdam Theater so they can experience what it is like to be behind the scenes of a Broadway show. During the backstage tour of The New Amsterdam Theatre, the students will get to explore the architecture and history of the building. They will also have an opportunity to try on costumes, use props and see different set pieces.
The goal of this trip is for our students to have an unforgettable experience that will last with them for a lifetime, while also teaching them some of the history that makes New York City so special.
