Beginning School Supplies

Help me give my students beginning of the year school supplies for the fall.

My Students

My students are a creative group of young people. They are excited about learning and have a lot of energy! My school is located in a high crime, high poverty area of a large city.

School, oftentimes, is the only constant in these children's lives.

I try to provide a warm, comfortable environment for my students so they can learn without unnecessary stress.

School supplies are a necessity that many parents can not afford. Providing basic supplies for the school year can help alleviate some of the stress for my students and parents.

My Project

The beginning school supplies will help students transition from online learning to face to face learning. Each student will have the individual supplies that they need. During this time, students will not be able to share materials, therefore, each student will have the supplies that they need, including a reusable mask.

The individual pencil case will contain pencils, scissors, post it notes, crayons, an eraser, and a mask for students.

This will provide the supplies that students need during the day, without sharing. The wipes can be used to keep our hands clean throughout the day.
