This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a wonderful class of transitional kindergarten students who are so eager to learn and read independently. I would love to provide diverse books for my students to read independently during centers or down time in the classroom. I think these books will meet the needs of all of my students. I have students who are still learning their letters and phonics, and I also have students who are reading independently. Having these books ready for my students will help keep all levels of learners engaged and excited to learn something new.
