My Project
As I start my 8th year of teaching there are a few staple items I need to start the school year successfully. Name plates are important so students know where they sit and also have a place that is their own. A lot of my clear bins have wear and tear from many years of use and it is time to replace them. The teachers pay teachers gift card is to purchase any last minute items that are needed to get the school year started off strong.
These items will be used to make my classroom a welcoming environment for all students.
As a kindergarten teacher, the students pick at the name plates and I do have to replace them after winter break. The bins will be as cubbies for students to hold their work. And throughout the year, I randomly buy stuff off teachers pay teachers to find things that engaging for my students. I hope to start the school year with some basic supplies as I get my classroom ready for students.
