My Project
These are items that I would like to use with the students at one of my schools. I taught there last year, so I have a good idea of what they will be doing this year.
Communication is essential for understanding.
These materials will help support writing in my class, along with some basic art supplies. I have found that art inspires my students to communicate more readily than a "regular" assignment. For my students who are just beginning their English language learning journey, drawings can be a very effective way to communicate. Between dedicated journals and refills of some art supplies (I already have most drawing and cutting materials), I am looking to get the year off to a great start.
