I am so blessed to have a classroom full of amazing students and my goal, as a teacher, is to spread my love of books and learning with them so that they can continue their educational journeys with confidence and success!
While my students may come from backgrounds that aren't always appealing, ideal, or even imaginable, they truly give all they've got when it comes to their education.
I want to give them the best educational experience possible!
By inspiring my students with up-to-date novels, STEM projects, and high-quality materials, my hope is to inspire them to always be the best version of themselves.
My Project
My students are in need of several of the most up-to-date novels to enhance their Language Arts experience in my classroom, as well as have the materials needed to engage in a sample "book tasting" to find the novel they love!
By having a sample "Book Tasting" at the beginning of the year in my Reading classroom, my students will get a "taste" of several of the newest and most intriguing novels that will allow them to select the one they wish to read for their independent novel study!
By transforming my room into a "cafe" like setting for the day, students will be motivated and engaged as they pick the book they desire to read for the first 9 weeks of the school year.
I love giving my students real-life experiences and making learning engaging in any way possible, and I know they will love these new selections!
