This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me give my students a wonderful jewelry club experience. These materials will help foster our after school session for students to pursue their passion for art and creation through jewelry making.

The Jewelry Making Club enhances students creativity and expression through various mediums.

Jewelry club can have many goals, including:

Creativity and expression: Students can learn to use various mediums to express themselves creatively.

Social interaction: Jewelry-making can be a social activity that brings students together.

Skill development: Students can work on skills like coordination, dexterity, and creativity.

Making wearable art: Students can create jewelry and accessories that they can wear.

These supplies will be used to help teach students how to bead, wire wrap stones, and create beautiful pieces such as bracelets, earrings and necklaces.

Students are passionate about creating and wearing their own jewelry. By using these supplies in an after-school club, students will be focused on their talent and creation abilities. Hopefully, this will foster even more success in school through increased attendance, homework, and improved levels.
