My Project
Our district has implemented a new technology curriculum for our PreK program and supplied each school with two Bee-Bots. Our school has EIGHT different classrooms that need to share those two items, which means students will not have equitable access compared to schools with fewer classrooms.
I teach an inclusion classroom with more than half of my students being on an IEP and requiring moderate to high levels of support throughout the day.
The wonderful thing about Bee-Bots technology is that ALL of my different learners will be able to access them and engage with the hands on learning opportunities that they offer even our youngest students.
I have 15 enthusiastic students who come to school each day with the excitement and eagerness that young students display, and I am looking for ways to capture their interest with for opportunities that will also help them grow as 21st century learners.
