This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students are curious, intelligent, amazing students. They come from a low social-economic background, and yet they still manage to come to class eager to learn every day. They are highly motivated and love being creative and using technology in the classroom. They understand the importance of a good education and the role technology plays in their education. Our school is a Title I school and all of our students receive free lunch.
My students are enthusiastic learners!
They work hard and always put their best effort forward. And as such, I am always looking for the best ways to capture their attention and provide the best lessons that I can.
My Project
With the help of a book binding machine, my students can become published authors. My students work hard every year to produce the best writing they can. I would like to be able to display their work not just in the classroom. The book binding machine will help me publish their work, and share it with the whole school community, their parents, and with each other.
The book binding machine will help my students become published authors.
They will be able to create a book of stories, poems, and even illustrations of their work in a more permanent manner.
