Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students come from a diverse set of backgrounds. Each student has very different needs in the classroom. This past year has been full of lots of challenges for my students. The students need more basic classroom learning materials to build responsibility and feel in charge of their learning.
My students thrive when they can do activities and worksheets outside of the computer.
To support my creation of engaging activities outside of the computer learning and create a welcoming and beautiful space Teachers Pay Teachers materials will provide me with a great resource to use for giving each student materials and instruction based on their interests for increased engagement.
My Project
My students have a very diverse list of interests. Through the flexibility of Teacher Pay Teachers gift cards, I can customize and personalize more of my learning to my students without spending my time creating those resources. Teachers Pay Teachers also have a lot of creative room decoration posters and ideas which is something that I struggle with.
This will help me brighten up my room and provide a more engaging and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
As a 2nd year teacher, this will go a long way to help me provide flexible, fun, and engaging instruction to my 4th-grade students.
