My Students

My students are the happiest, most energetic, and fun students. Here are a few of my favorite things about them:

First, they are so incredibly helpful.

My teacher heart bursts with joy when I see them teaching each other and making sure that everyone gets the concept during math time each day. The students who understand will get up and walk around to help others. It's wonderful to see their excitement over sharing what they know with others and their willingness to help one another.

Next, they are so curious! They have this natural curiosity that blows my mind! I love introducing new concepts to them to see what they're wondering about. They often have an option to share and I'm always so impressed with what they already know, what they're excited to learn about, and what they're naturally curious about.

Another thing I love about my students is how loving each of them is. And this includes many different aspects! They love me as their teacher, they love one another, and they also love learning! In so many cases, I am inspired to see the amount of joy and love each student has for all these things and also life.

My Project

With my class, we read books together, but only have a small selection that they can follow along to. They LOVE this time of the day, and it would be so amazing to have a couple more options of books that they can read and follow along to during this time of day.

We will use these books during read aloud so that everyone can access the story at the same time!

I remember every book my 4th-grade teacher read to me, so I know how impactful these books can be!
