My Project
The specific items requested will make a difference for my students because they will have fitness equipment to use when designing various types of exercise workouts that will incorporate the health and skill-related fitness components that we focus on in class.
Instead of designing workouts that focus on bodyweight only, students will have access to dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells and two sets of agility and speed equipment.
The goals for this particular project is for students to serve as a celebrity trainer and design a fitness workout for a celebrity of their choice. Students will design and workout and then demonstrate each exercise, which is why having the fitness equipment requested in here on Donor's Choose will have such a positive impact on my students.
