Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The students in the Makerspace are creating graphic designs using Canva. The supplies requested will make abstract concepts tangible for the students. The students will create gear to support the student body, academic clubs, and athletics teams. The materials will motivate the students in developing the skills needed to become entrepreneurs in design engineering.

The materials purchased will help students to turn ideas from experimental designs into prototypes.

The use of these items will allow students to collaborate with each other as they analyze the products. Collaboration among peers is fundamental in the engineering and design process.
