Bearded Dragon Care

My students need items to help care for our Bearded Dragon pet Freckles. These items will help our dragon travel easily from classroom to classroom and also feel comfortable in our room.

My Students

The students in my full day preschool range from age 2-5 years old. They have all different backgrounds and cultures. They all learn in a different way. They all have different needs. They all have different interests. They are silly and fun and kind hearted.

Here in Preschool, we love to explore!

We love interactive, hands on and engaging materials and spaces! We strive to provide the best materials for children to discover the space around them, the world and themselves. We also try to provide opportunities for children to explore in different ways.

My Project

We have a classroom pet named Freckles! She is a Bearded Dragon. These items will help us care for our Bearded Dragon in our classroom! The leash and carrier will help ease the traveling process. She will be able to go from classroom to classroom and home with me over the weekend with these items.

Our Dragon also needs a heat lamp to help her stay healthy.

The light filters will help students stay focused in the classroom. The grow lamp will help us grow strong plants indoors. All of these items will be very useful tools to discover science in our classroom.
