This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students enjoy our Morning Meetings and they also enjoy story time. When it is time to read silently, the like to grab an interesting book and lounge on the carpet. They would really benefit from having Sofa Sack seating as something comfortable to sit on while they are either listening to me read or reading independently.
My students love to engage and to participate whenever we do any lessons on the carpet.
Their learning experience is greatly enhanced when they feel both connected and comfortable. "Turning and Talking" is more effective as well.
