This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Tiny bean bags can serve as versatile tools for engaging activities focused on comparison and contrast. They can then arrange and compare these bean bags based on characteristics such as achievements, personality traits, or scientific properties. This approach not only makes the process more interactive and enjoyable but also enhances understanding by allowing learners to physically manipulate and visualize abstract concepts.

By assigning different attributes, concepts, or objects to various bean bags, student participants can physically manipulate and organize them to explore similarities and differences.

This will reinforce the concept and they remember it for the rest of their lives. Bean bag chairs are also included in this project.

For example, in a classroom setting, students will be given bean bags representing historical figures, literary characters, or scientific concepts. Students will have fun and feel excited to read a text and complete comparing contrasting using the bean bags. This activity will motivate ALL students to be engaged in their learning.

Moreover, the flexibility of bean bags allows for easy adaptation to different subjects and learning styles, making them a valuable resource for fostering critical thinking skills and deeper comprehension.
