Beach Balls, Big Fun in PE!

Help me give my students beach balls! These are great for my volleyball unit since most of my students are beginners. During my classes, I noticed my students prefer using them and they keep them active and healthy.

My Project

My students love beach balls! It's not just because they’re fun but because they make learning easier and more inclusive. During our volleyball unit, I’ve seen firsthand how a simple beach ball can transform an activity. Students who may struggle with heavier, faster-moving volleyballs gain the confidence to participate, learn basic skills and stay engaged without the fear of getting hurt or discouraged.

For my middle school students, beach balls create a welcoming environment where they can all feel successful.

Whether we’re working on volleyball skills, team-building activities or creative movement games, beach balls allow every student to play, learn and grow together.

With a class size of over 30 students, equipment gets worn quickly. Your support will help us replace old, damaged balls and ensure we have enough for everyone to fully participate. By contributing to this project, you're giving students the chance to stay active, build confidence and have fun in PE.
