This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have come back after being at home and need extra support in all areas of their classroom activities. We often use whiteboards to reinforce learning of new topics learned in Geometry/Algebra 2. I also provide them with paper notes and they need to be assisted with organizing those notes.

Visual reinforcement is key with poster boards.

The ability to reference prior learning that is needed for current learning is crucial to provide students with resources and increase their confidence into a new topic being learned.

Having the necessary supplies will make the 50 minutes run more smoothly and every minute spent will be spent for learning.
