My Project

Fractions are a hard concept for third grade! Research shows that hands on math improves understanding. I always try and use manipulatives but they can get costly. Paper ones just don't cut it.

I am hoping with the purchase of these items, we can gain a greater understanding of this important math concept.

My students struggle with math. We have had a lot of catch up along with teaching new concepts. These tools with help with small groups and whole class instruction.

I have amazing students with sad stories. I am hoping to fill their toolbox with as many things strengths as I can so they can feel successful in third grade and beyond.
