Our school is located in a quiet city in Florida. We are one of only five elementary schools in our district so we have small town, community spirit! I teach Science and Language Arts so I am always looking for new ways to encourage the love of reading and tying that into STEM projects!
My students are always looking for engaging and innovative ways to incorporate STEM and Literacy into our everyday classroom activities!
My students are creative, outgoing, but most of all, hardworking and respectful! They are part of a great small town with strong family support. They want to have the same opportunities that are provided in larger school districts!
My Project
We will use these materials to work more independently (instead of lining up twenty four students to use the same stapler), and creatively to make work that will be presented in our classroom and hallway with colored pencils and chart paper. We would love your help to add some great resources to our classroom.
