My Students

My classroom is the second home for over 900 amazing individuals! My scholars enjoy having coming to my class within the week. Now we are back to being in person learning for the reminder of the year. During these times it is a privilege to interact with these 900 different personalities. They are able to let their true self come out each and every day!

My children all come from different challenging circumstances including being homeless, displacement, and abuse.

While being exposed to those challenges and having special needs, it sometimes gets difficult for them to cope.

These students rely on me to make our in-person learning, safe and inviting place where they can continue to learn and thrive. Providing them with the hygienic resources, comfort food, and sports supplies that they can reuse continuously and social and emotional resources that can help create more comfortable during their time home, to help provide them to have throughout the day. Students that aren't able to come back to school will still be able to have supplies. Let's bring the resources to their doors!

My Project

While being exposed to those challenges it sometimes gets difficult for them to cope.

These students rely on me to make their classroom a comforting, safe and inviting place where they can continue to learn and thrive!

My students and I need basic classroom supplies to ensure that they have all the tools they need to be successful this school year.

I have asked for classroom basics such as stress balls, snacks, wellness games, and other supplies to promote the wellness and health of our scholars. Being that we are currently still in a pandemic, which has created a lot of stress. Using these supplies to help promote and courage the scholars to maintain proper health care management.

Having these materials will help as we transition in next couple months.
