My Project

Every year North Carolina has a Battle of the Books Competition in which Middle School teams from around the state come together to show how much they know and love about reading. The North Carolina School Library Media Association puts out a required list each year and students will read those selected books and prove their knowledge of them in a fierce competition. Since the list of books is different each year and the students who participate are such voracious readers, it is hard to keep up with the demand for the required books.

Currently our school library does not have any copies of the books for next year, which is what is being requested in this project.

If our school does not have these books, then we will not be able to participate in the competition to the best of our ability. Please help support our student's love of literature and their desire to do their best in the competition.

Ms. Driggers will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 9.
