My Project

Books, books, and more books! Our students can't get enough books in their hands! Our school is excited to announce that we will be hosting our fourth year of Battle of the Books. These students will read sixteen books and then compete in a competition where their knowledge of the books will be tested.

This project will help to fund four of the sixteen books that our students will need to prepare for the Battle of the Books competition.

They will read books from a variety of genres exposing them to a vast amount of literature over a short period of time. Thank you for considering a donation to our project!

This program is a true win-win, and on behalf of my Cornelius Elementary School Battle of the Books readers, we are so grateful to YOU for helping get these titles into our hands and for making the CES Battle of the Books 2026–27 magic happen!
