My Project
Several of my students' math skills were impacted during COVID, and they are struggling to make the needed connections in order to achieve grade level and next grade level expectations. I also have students who just don't understand math and are not confident to speak up during class.
My goal is to provide math manipulatives to guide my students to make those connections so they feel comfortable in class and be prepared for assessments and real life!
We will work in small groups so that I can be more of a direct support. My students are special because they lack certain math skills and really want to learn
