This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are so ancient to learn and try new things. I try my best to teach them life time goals. My group is are all boys. I teach them how to be decent young men and to set goals in life. Most of my kids fathers are not in their life. That's where I come in. Life is already hard for them, So I provide an atmosphere of positive and fun.

I love my group of boys they are amazing kids.

Most of their parents can't afford to buy certain items. My kids don't live in a great neighborhood. So I try to keep them occupied by playing basketball. They love basketball. But in order to play basketball they have to maintain an 80 avg.

My Project

My players love to play basketball. Unfortunately most of my players parents are single parents with more then one child and can not afford to buy certain basketball gear that my players need. These socks will provide comfort to the players feet. When playing basketball our feet takes a pounding. With these good socks it will take some of the stress off of the players feet as they play.

The ball return will give the players an opportunity to practice like the college players and pros.

It will also provide my players to become better shooters as well. These items will build my players confidence.
