This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My amazing students work hard every day. They are eager to learn and come to school ready to work. However, they are in need of some new materials to help enhance their experience. Please help my students receive materials to allow them to participate in gym.

The students will be able to use an adjustable basketball hoop in order to lower the hoop to a level where they can participate safely.

Having and adjustable hoop will allow children with sight loss to participate in gym class. The student will be able to touch the rim and score a basket.

The modified basketball hoop will help the students feel confident and safe while enjoying gym.
