Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My basketball players need to be supported by individuals who love helping children. My players need proper equipment to reach their full potential on the basketball courts.
My basketball players are an exceptional group of student-athletes and are always striving for greatness.
They are always finding ways to get better on the basketball court. I find that basketball could be one of the most difficult games to play. My players are very passionate about learning how to become better basketball players. We are a program that is very young. We use whatever resources we can find to get our practices done. I believe I have the best student-athletes in the world! Red Bank is Best In America! We Dream BIG!
The students represent a broad spectrum of cultural and economic backgrounds. I want to help enhance their interest in the game of basketball.

My Project
My players are determined and hard working. We practice before school and after school. I have a lot of different ages in the gym at any given time.
The Nike sneakers that I am requesting is going to be used at least twice a day by 9 deserving student athletes.
It is important that we have enough equipment for every player in the program to become more efficient and to be able to have individualized workouts.
My job as a coach is to develop athletes as young men and ladies. Every coach knows the importance of quality equipment when it comes to running an effective practice. All my athletes need that positive reinforcement and the achievement of success. Thank you for your support of RBMS athletics programs.
