This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very active and love learning about STEAM. The basketballs, storage racks, stopwatch, and other gear will support my students' learning about STEAM in the world of sports.

We will be using the basketballs to learn about gravity, statistics, multiplication, programming and code, and force and energy.

The hands-on activities, using the basketballs, will engage my students in exploring STEAM in the world of sports.

My students are special because they want to learn more about science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Every day they come to class excited to see what is planned for their learning.
