Basics for Creating Interactive Activities

Help me give my students the basic materials for creating daily journals, file folder game, and magnetic interactive boards.

My Project

All kids need hands on materials, but our youngest learners need it even more. When little ones are able to touch, hold, and move materials, they are more likely to commit things to memory and recall what they have learned. In preschool, we use file folder games and self created interactive materials to support math and literacy development.

These basic supplies will allow us to create amazing, vibrant interactive activities in all our centers.

These materials will be used to create 3 main interactive classroom basics we use on a daily basis. The copy paper and binding covers will be used to create a daily name writing, play planning, and writing journal. The cardstock will be used to print labels with students names and supplies on them. The copy paper will be used as pages in the journals. The cardstock will be used to print labels to ensure things are organized correctly and to print the interactive pieces of the file folder games on to ensure they are sturdy. The full page labels will be used to create the file folder games. The velcro dots will be used to make the games interactive. The magnetic circles will be used to transition some of the file folder games to magnetic games on our interactive magnetic boards. The label pockets will be used to label newly created activities. And the ink will be used to print all the materials in bright, colorful, and engaging colors. The laminating pouches will be used to protect the games to ensure they last.
