My Students
Our class in Buffalo, NY is made up of a variety of unique, resilient, and tenacious students! A special needs 12:1:2 classroom for students with varying physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, we find ourselves working every day to teach and support the whole child.
Our students strive each day to better themselves with the limited resources and supplies they have.

My Project
Many students in urban city districts struggle to access consistent and reliable school supplies each year. This project aims to help two classes attain basic school supplies that will help their education process this year.
While some items are classroom essentials including pencils, pens, and highlighters, others are sensory materials, PPE, and resources to help students learn at home.
The shift to pandemic learning has been an adjustment for teachers, students, and parents alike. With many uncertainties in front of us on this education journey, please consider helping our students access their basic needs to be successful in their education.
